A mix of question types you expect to face: behavioral, situational, and role-specific. Aim to cover the company values or competencies listed in the job description, plus the two or three questions you most dread getting.
Five to ten focused sessions across one or two weeks is usually enough to feel sharp without overcooking it. Quality matters more than quantity, so review each recording before stacking another one on top.
They serve different purposes. A human gives you body language and instinctive social feedback. AI gives you instant analysis on structure, pacing, and filler words across many more reps than a human partner can sit through. Use both if you can.
Watch three things across sessions: how often you ramble past the result, your filler word rate, and whether your answers fit a clear framework or wander. Improvement on those three usually transfers to the real interview.
Pick one weakness to fix in the next session, not all of them. Re-record the same question with the fix in mind. Layering improvements one at a time is how the habits stick, and it stops every session from feeling like a fire drill.
