Is this for Toastmasters meetings or practice between meetings?
Both. The timer and Ah-Counter are meeting tools for the club roles, and the practice modes cover Table Topics and prepared speeches between meetings.
Do the meeting tools need accounts or installs?
No. Both run in the browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop, with no install or signup needed to start. A free account is only required when you want to save or share reports.
Can I use the Timer and Ah-Counter in an online or hybrid meeting?
Yes. In the Timer, create a Live link and open it in a clean browser window, send it to the meeting host, or open it on another device by QR code. Share only that view in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or another call app so the controls and speaker log stay private. The Ah-Counter can stay open beside the call while you listen and tap counts; it never needs access to the call or its audio.
Can our club keep Timer and Ah-Counter reports together?
Yes. Create a private Club Home to organize Timer and Ah-Counter reports by meeting and give members one shared report history. A free account is required to create or join a Club Home and save reports.
Does the Ah-Counter record meeting audio?
No. The counter is manual: you tap when you hear a filler word. It does not capture or store meeting audio.
What languages do the tools work in?
English, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese. The Ah-Counter includes default filler words for each language; for example, the Spanish list includes “este” and “o sea”.
