Record the full startup pitch
Give the pitch live or upload an existing recording of the pitch you plan to deliver.
For accelerators and startup programs
Founders rehearse out loud on their own account and get AI feedback on structure, clarity, pacing, and filler words. Request a free week of Pro for your whole cohort: one code, no payment card, nothing to integrate.
The pitch breakdown
Founders see which elements landed, which ran thin, and which they skipped, from the hook and problem through traction and the ask. This is the real speaking.app analysis of DoorDash’s 2013 YC pitch.
9 core elements investors expect, plus 4 optional ones (How It Works, Why Now, Vision, Roadmap) that only some pitches need.
Add these only if they fit your pitch.
Famous founders
Three early startup pitches, each broken down the way your own pitch would be. Watch the pitch, then see what landed and what they left out.

Tony Xu · 2013
How early delivery traction became a fundable founder story.

David Hsu · 2017
A sharp problem for internal tools, framed in about two minutes.

Sid Sijbrandij · 2015
Open-source momentum, and a clear category to own.
The offer
Fill in the short form below: who the group is, how many people, and when access should start.
You get a single redemption code for the whole group by email, usually within one to two working days.
Each person creates a free account and enters the code. No lists of emails to send us.
The week starts when each person redeems, not when the code is issued, so late joiners get the full seven days.
When the week ends, Pro access simply ends. The account stays free to keep, and anyone who wants to continue upgrades themselves.
The practice loop
Give the pitch live or upload an existing recording of the pitch you plan to deliver.
Find which investor sections are solid, thin, or missing, from the hook and problem through traction and the ask.
Practice a hook, problem, traction line, business model, or ask on its own in Pitch Lab.
Bring the stronger sections back together and compare the next complete take with the first.
Privacy
People practice honestly when nobody is watching. Recordings, transcripts, and feedback are private to each founder’s own account. Program staff and instructors do not see them unless the participant chooses to share a report.

“Off the back of how the pitch went, I was introduced to an investor, and I genuinely think that outcome was a direct result of the improvements I made through speaking.app.”

Nothing. The passes are complimentary. There is no payment card, no subscription, and nothing to cancel. Our hope is simply that some founders like the product enough to keep using it on their own.
You get one redemption code for the whole cohort. Each founder creates a free account and redeems the code at speaking.app/redeem. Their seven days of Pro start the moment they redeem, not when the code is issued, so nobody loses days by joining late.
Pro access ends automatically. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. Founders who want to keep practicing can stay on the free plan or upgrade their own account.
Yes. Dates shift, especially around Demo Day. Give us a heads up before the code goes live and we will move it to whatever week works.
No. Recordings and feedback are private to each founder’s own account. Program staff and mentors do not get access unless the founder chooses to share a report.
A browser and a microphone. It works on a phone or a laptop, there is nothing to install, and creating an account is free.
Yes. Request passes for each cohort, and mention the cadence in the form so we know it is recurring.
