How does the free trial work?

What’s the difference between Workspace and Pro Pass?
Workspace is for coaching a group hands-on across pitches, speeches, and interviews. You get a cohort dashboard, assign practice, track progress, and leave targeted feedback, and every enrolled participant gets Pro (billed per seat, monthly or annual). Pro Pass is access only: each pass grants one participant 6 months of Pro through a single-use code, with no dashboard or admin tools. Choose Workspace to coach them. Choose Pro Pass to simply give them Pro.
Can I reuse Workspace seats? Are Pro Pass codes single-use?
Yes. Workspace seats are reusable capacity. When someone finishes or leaves, remove them to free their seat (which ends their Pro), then invite the next person in at no extra charge, so you run cohort after cohort through the same seats. Pro Pass works the opposite way: each code is single-use, so once it is redeemed for 6 months of Pro it cannot be reassigned. An unredeemed code can still go to someone else.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Individual plans switch or cancel from your account settings in a few clicks. For Coaching Workspaces and Pro Passes, email us and we’ll change your seats, cancel, or refund for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paddle supports major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and popular local methods available in your country. Large programs can pay by invoice.
How do you handle privacy and compliance?
We operate out of Ireland under GDPR and EU consumer law. Paddle processes payments on our behalf, and you can review our privacy, refund, and cookie policies in the footer at any time.
