What can a paper interface reveal before it works?
A paper screen cannot run software, but someone can still point to where they would click and explain what they expect next. That can expose confusing labels or missing choices early in a design. Observing an action is different from deciding what caused it, and paper leaves questions about actual system behavior unanswered.
