How does a grid of robots fetch one grocery order?

A grocery robot does not have to wander an aisle looking for a particular cereal box. In Ocado's grid system, robots lift and move storage bins to picking stations, where individual products can be selected by people or robotic arms. Getting one order ready means coordinating the movement of bins as well as the picking of items.
