speaking.app was created by Bjarte Sunde, a software engineer and founder with an MSc Cybernetics & Robotics from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
As a Toastmasters member and improv student, Bjarte built this tool because knowing what to say did not make saying it out loud easy. speaking.app gives people a place to record real answers, pitches, and speeches, review the result, and try again.
Content is AI-assisted, human-reviewed, and based on established communication research and rhetorical frameworks.
